The EBCDA Yoga sessions take place in Avoniel Leisure Centre Studio every Monday 6.00pm - 7.00pm until 25 March. Mats are available if needed. The sessions are suitable for all abilities and open to anyone living, working, or volunteering in East Belfast. EBCDA Tai Chi for Beginners

The EBCDA Tai Chi for Beginners will take place from Thursday 1 February 1.00 – 2.00pm and will continue until Thursday 21 March 2024. These sessions are suitable for all abilities and open to anyone living, working or volunteering in East Belfast. The sessions will take place in the new community hub in Mersey St Primary School Hall and parking is available at the side and front of the building.
