Thursdays 6.00 to 7.00pm in East Belfast Network Centre
Pilates works to strengthen the core, lengthen the spine, increase body awareness, build muscle tone and gain flexibility. Pilates is excellent rehabilitation for back, knees, hips, shoulder and other stress-related injuries.
Classes are only open to those who live, work or volunteer in East Belfast.
Please wear clothing that is easy to move around in, a blanket, a mat if possible, and a small donation to cover costs.
