New Strength & Balance Programme with EBCDA

EBCDA health staff recently undertook Facilitator Training which allows us to deliver Strength & Balance programmes in the local community.

This programme aims to improve your:

  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Activity levels
  • Confidence
  • And general wellbeing

 

Our Strength & Balance programme is open to all ages and abilities and is a great option for those who may be on the waiting list for Belfast Health and Social Care Trust Falls Prevention programme.

Our Strength & Balance programme is a 10-week programme, one session a week but we are flexible and can adapt the length of programme based on the group. Some feedback from recent participants:
