EBCDA has today announced the launch of a health guide for the people of East Belfast including many of the community services on our doorstep. 

Dementia Friendly East Belfast campaign have launched their very own website dedicated to ensuring that those living with dementia/caring for someone with dementia feel supported in their local community. The website contains information on the campaign and how it began, good news stories from East, access to training & workshops as well as an electronic version of the popular What's On Guide which is filled with dementia friendly activities. Our second Inner East Belfast cohort on the Transformative Leadership Programme recently completed their training.

EBCDA recently launched its own YouTube channel.

The channel includes the full library of update videos on the work of groups that were part of the East Belfast Coronavirus Community Support Group, as well as our East Belfast Saturday kitchen recipes.

Race Relations in East Belfast: Myths and Realities

On 10 March EBCDA hosted a major conference called Race Relations in East Belfast; Myths and Realities

This was a follow-up event to a similar conference that took place in 2014. With support from Belfast City Council's Shared City Partnership, the event began with an overview of current hate crime work taking place across the city.
