Drop-in Mindfulness Classes are starting again on Tuesday 16 January
The drop-in Mindfulness Classes are starting again on Tuesday 16 January until Tuesday 20 February from 1:00pm – 2:00pm each afternoon.
This class is only open to those who live, work or volunteer in the East Belfast area.

You do not need to register – just come a long and try out Mindfulness based meditation practices.
Being mindful basically means switching from 'doing' to 'being'. It may sound easy but for most of us we are on autopilot a lot of the time and we need a little bit of support to develop the skilful art of being.
So whether you are a seasoned meditator or you are just starting out, please join us for an exploration into the art of being. The class theme will vary from week to week but will include movement based meditation as well as seated and lying down meditations. Get ready to access relaxation and rejuvenation resulting in a quieter and calmer you.
