Donation Class Pilates

Open to people who live, work or volunteer in East Belfast
 
Pilates works to strengthen the centre, lengthen the spine, increase body awareness, build muscle tone and gain flexibility. Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation for back, knees, hips, shoulders and other stress-related injuries. 
 
Please wear clothing easy to move in.
