East Belfast Community Development Agency’s Health Development and Connections Programme are running a physical activity morning for its Lay Health Information Workers, other volunteers and young people from their community centres.It is taking place at Ormeau Park Leisure Centre on Wednesday 7th October from 10am-2pm. Eddie Cooper will be providing instruction on the Climbing Wall and other Free activities will involve yoga, basketball, Tai Chi, Boccia, Lazer Quest and Park Walk. This is an initiative being rolled out in all Belfast Healthy Living Centres to promote physical activity and wellbeing.
