The Communication skills training course was held at Oasis for Volunteers Oct 2008 for one session which was funded by Awards for All and involved local volunteers improving their skills. Hilary Medhurst very ably facilitated the training the volunteers were left wanting more of the training! EBCDA will be looking into the possibility of gaining more funding next year to be able to have more training in the area of communication skills.” So if you are interested in volunteering in the East Belfast Area and getting involved with training when you volunteer.
